1. Dispatch Timeline:
Orders are dispatched within 72 hours. Shipping takes 2-3 business working days after dispatch; meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.
Heavier shipments like furniture and large artificial plants may have longer than usual delivery timelines.
2. Delivery Pincodes & Partners:
We use Third Party Logistics companies like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Amazon Shipping to service approximately 19,000 pincodes across India.
However certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount. Please check with us for the same.
All orders from the North-East and Jammu & Kashmir will levy an additional charge and the order must be Prepaid only.
